The Pro version requires you to install the basic free version from https://wordpress.org/plugins/zephyr-project-manager/ as it extends it.
Once the basic version is installed, you can install the Pro version by going to Plugins > Add New > Upload in your WordPress Dashboard and uploading the zipped file.
After installing and activating the Pro version, you can confirm that it is successfully installed by going to the Zephyr Project Manager option in the sidebar, which will show a screen with a welcome message to the Pro version, and allow you to start using all the features.
