The Terms of Service are a contract between you (as the user) and us (as the service provider) and govern your use of any of Pluggable’s services. These Terms of Service describe our commitments to you, your rights, and responsibilities when using our service.
It is highly recommended that you read them carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions.
By using our services, you agree to these terms of service. These Terms of Service remain in effect as long as you use Pluggable’s services.
In particular, we want to highlight some important terms, policies, and procedures in these terms. By accepting these terms, you are also agreeing to other Pluggable rules and policies that are expressly incorporated into and a part of these terms. Please read them carefully:
- Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you and how we protect it.
- Our Refund Policy explains in which cases you can ask for a refund and the process of creating a refund request.
In addition to these policies, plugins or services that are included in or otherwise made available to you through the platform may be subject to a separate agreement between you and Pluggable.
Changes to the Terms of Service
Pluggable may update these Terms from time to time; you should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
Accessing the Services and Account Security
We may withdraw or amend the Services, and any related service or plugin, or restrict access (including by means of cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension of a user account) to all or certain users (including you) without notice and without liability to you in our reasonable discretion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, we may terminate or suspend access to the Services based on your breach of these Terms.
To access certain Services, you will be asked to provide registration details or other information, and in order to use such resources, all the information you provide must be correct, current, and complete. From time to time, in order to access certain plugins, services, or functionality, Pluggable may require some or all users to download updated or additional plugins. The terms of use of such plugins may be subject to a separate agreement between you and Pluggable.
If you choose or are provided with a username, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential (other than user username), and you must not disclose it to others. You must immediately notify Pluggable (by creating a support ticket) of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security.
You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information. You may only access the Services through your own account. Users do not own their accounts, and gifting or otherwise transferring of accounts or license keys is prohibited.
Licensing
All the plugins published on Pluggable are released under the GPL License version 3. So, we strongly discourage you from modifying them for redistribution or resale under your name. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of the plugins.
The license key you were provided with ensures updates from our servers. You need to activate them for any of the plugins to function properly. All the plugins come with a minimum of 365 days of update validity and support on workdays.
Support Services
Pluggable offers general support for any plugin through support tickets. However, for technical issues, you may need help from the plugin’s developer. Support and updates are available only with an active license. Pre-sale questions will be answered for free. Support can be given only on workdays from Sunday to Thursday.
Pluggable reserves the right to limit its service in case –
- You are using the plugins for any explicit or offensive content.
- You or your staff do not behave in a civil manner towards any of our support agents.
- You are making unreasonable and irrelevant demands to us or the developers of the plugins.
Update Services
Updates of the plugins on the Pluggable marketplace solely rely on the developers of those plugins. The updates may contain improved functionality, bug fixes, etc.
Warranty
Pluggable does not provide any warranty for any of the plugins available in the marketplace. The plugin publisher can provide a guarantee that the plugin will work, but only in the environment they have tested. Environments like supported browsers, WordPress versions, PHP versions, and compatible plugins are listed in the plugin descriptions.
No Personal Data
You, as a customer/client, shall not provide any personal data (EU/GDPR) or personally identifiable information (USA) unless specifically authorized in writing beforehand. If you do, you shall fully indemnify Pluggable for all costs and damages associated with its processing and removal, including administrative fines and costs of secure deletion. Pluggable shall keep strictly confidential all non-public information from you it may collect via cookies, Google Analytics, etc.
Discounts
Any discount applies only to the first term of your subscription, not to renewals. However, this may change based on Pluggable’s decision or the plugin developer’s policy.
Duration/Term
The agreement starts on the day your first payment is received by Pluggable and remains active for at least a twelve-month period. The agreement is renewed upon the renewal of your product, thus we receive the payment for your next renewal, and so on.
